Eamon O’Toole has been making sculpture inspired by his love of motorsports for over twenty years. He is fascinated by the experimentation and ingenuity that can be employed in the engineering of racecars. His new work, The ‘Old nail’, is a tribute to Sir Jack Brabham and the car he constructed and in which he won the 1966 Formula One world championship.

Eamon O'Toole is represented by The Hughes Gallery, Sydney.
